EABC lauds Tanzania on bilateral trade



The East African Business Council has lauded the Government of Tanzania for its huge support towards bilateral trade with in the region. 

During the opening of "The Africa Drive for Democracy Network of Elders Retreat," EABC-CEO John Bosco Kalisa had a chat with H.E. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania. 

Kalisa congratulated Her Excellency for boosting threefold bilateral trade between Tanzania and other EAC Partner States. 

Kalisa appealed to H.E. President Dr. Samia Suluhu to fast track the removal of visa requirements for Africans and adoption of one network area for telecommunications in East Africa.

H.E. President Dr. Samia Suluhu reiterated the commitment of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania towards improving the business environment through the elimination of NTBs and partnership with the private sector under the EABC for the growth of Intra-EAC Trade and Investment.
